The fresh arrests come just days ahead of Parliamentary Elections in the twin districts of Shopian and Pulwama.
J&K Police: 2 individuals have reportedly sustained minor injuries today due to an explosive substance which exploded when they were apparently fiddling with it in their neighbourhood at Damhal area of Kulgam. Both were were shifted to hospital for the treatment of injuries.
The restriction on civilian movement between Srinagar and Baramulla on NH-44 will be completely lifted w.e.f. 2-05-2019. There would be no prohibition on civilian traffic in this stretch on Sunday or Wednesday.
