2 year agoMilitants shot dead a teacher in Kulgam today. She belonged to Samba(Jammu division)& taught at a high school in Kulgam Her relative says, "We want justice. Govt should do something about targeted killings. Security should be given to migrant employees there (Kashmir division)"
After initial brief encounter during cordon & search operation in Gundpora Rampora area of Bandipora, militants managed to escape from the spot. However, our team chasing them. Further details shall follow
